what to expect
Traditional approaches to coaching focus on defining specific goals and setting a plan in place to achieve them. While this can work in many areas of one's life, the work we do together is not goal-driven, simply because the process of becoming the real you is always unfolding.
Instead, we focus on achieving realizations within your life.
Realizations are truths for you that are waiting to be uncovered. They are much more powerful than goals because they are truths about your life, no matter which age or stage of life you find yourself in.

How we think about ourselves, the things we say to ourselves, and the words we use to describe ourselves to others all play a part in understanding if we are living life aligned with our highest purpose. By employing a variety of exercises and techniques, together we will help you get the clarity you need to move forward in your life with a renewed recognition of your whole self.

In our sessions, we will examine root causes of areas of your life in which you are not finding as much fulfillment as you desire or expect. We will also attempt to uncover areas in which your personal beliefs and values may be in conflict, which could be manifesting as undesirable emotions or imbalances in your physical health.​

Are you ready to be truly introspective about your life? Are you willing to make important choices to lead you back to joy and lifelong fulfillment?
While many people begin this inquiry as early as their 30s and as late as their 90s, anyone can benefit from examining the assumptions they have made about their lives and the expectations others may have imposed upon us (and we accepted, willingly or unwillingly). Examining our habits and patterns objectively, even if we choose not to change them, is the first step toward making long-term, sustainable changes on the journey toward discovering our life’s purpose.
You will not be given a prescribed list of the things you need to change. The goal of our sessions is to help you feel as if you are on a path toward renewed self-awareness. This requires a commitment toward critical self-inquiry. Much of the actual work will take place outside of the session as you contemplate the core issues we discuss and as you come to your own realizations about your life. With alignment, the rest of the pieces of your life will naturally fall into place.
